The challenge

  1. White Star were starting to become pigeonholed as a Regional security business, a place they didn’t want to be. Their goal was to break into the larger, National contract opportunities.
  2. They had been trying to open doors and get conversations going with the bigger customers for well over 2 years, and made little progress.
  3. They wanted to find a way to get through to the bigger National customers, secure more meetings with them and start to unlock the much larger sales contracts.

What we did

  1. Developed a refreshing new brand look for White Star, oozing warmth, positivity and real difference to the rest of the Security market
  2. Identified their all important ‘Why You’ – why customers should buy their Manned Guarding and Site Cleaning services from White Star rather than their competitors. This was a big challenge in an industry where virtually all companies look and sound the same.
  3. The powerful ‘Why You’ was something that only White Star can own. Pushing them substantially ahead of their main competitors.
  4. Crafted a compelling story that really made that emotional connection with their top target customers, showing how White Star solved their pain points far more than the inferior offerings of other security companies.
  5. Emphasised the huge value of working with White Star for the person getting the pack, in a way that would raise a smile, as well as genuinely surprise and delight.
  6. Presented White Star in a whole new way, bringing all of this to life in a bumper creative Direct Mail pack like no other marketing can.
